Divine Day, I am Aliya Davis the Founder & CEO of POPN WELLNESS. POPN WELLNESS is a small business created to assist you during your wellness journey and beyond. Wellness is just not one aspect of life that many focus on which is the Physical. It has other aspects just as important such as mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and social. Each one has an equal amount of importance as the others. When one aspect is out of alignment the others follow because there is a consistent flow when all are balanced. Our purpose is to assist you in deciding your purpose and not procrastinate about it when it comes to your wellness because it is vital in your day-to-day life.
